The four floor plans will feature three to four bedrooms, two and
one half or three bathrooms, living room
and family room. The Covington floorplan features a detached Carriage House suitable as a guest apartment or a home office space complete with a full kitchen
and bath. One to three car garages are available.
Homeowners' association fees will be approximately $200 monthly and
pay for maintenance of common areas and common landscaping.
Construction will occur during two phases -- the first of
12 units and the second of 14 units -- and construction is expected to begin in early 2007.
